COST-SAVING
In recent years, our screw foundations have proven to be very cost-saving and efficient. As a result, they are often the choide for new projects. FRP has, in principle, a very low dead weight which means that most concrete foundations are oversized. BGL, however, supplies both concrete foundations in full concrete projects or strip foundations well as our screw foundations. One advantage of screw foundations is that they can be installed very quickly and can also be removed and reused at a later stage.
STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURE
It is our standard practice to reuse existing concrete foundations of current bridge structures where possible. BGL can also renovate existing abutments in order to lower customer costs.
