FRP COMPONENTS
Since the beginning of 2000, we have been supplying more and more FRP components in railway construction projects. Whether it is the Deutsche Bahn, private railways or public transport companies, we supply products throughout Germany and Europe.
DURABILITY
In addition to the long durability and weather resistance, the non-current-conducting properties of the FRP are a particular Railway requirement: FRP is completely insulated, which means that the usual expensive grounding can be dispensed with.
EBA-APPROVED MATERIAL
We generally supply EBA-approved material in railway applications as well as meeting all of the DIN and ENrequirements. The anti-slip surfaces of FRP grates and covers are tested in accordance to conform to the requirements of the accident insurers and professional associations. The profiles used are EBA and DIBT compliant.
PRODUCT DIVERSITY
In addition to FRP platforms and stairs, we also supply a large number of GRP railings, bridge covers, track crossings and service routes – all from a single source of consistently manufactured FRP. For on-site assembly as well as in our prefabrication, we always work with our own specialists, who have many years of experience in the field of FRP plant construction.
